  1. There will be NO REFUND for any of the packages purchased by you. After you buy a package, you cannot cancel the order at any point of time and any request for refund will NOT be encouraged.

  2. We follow ethical standards laid down by PHPAS and other arcade script platform with regard to installation of templates using PHPAS 4.0 script or other arcade scripts. Consequently, we are required to ensure that our templates are being installed using valid and licensed Arcade scripts. When purchasing , you are required to mention the domain on which the template will be installed so that we can verify the authenticity of the Arcade script used in the domain. Templates can only be installed in domains that use a valid license.

  3. Any template purchased at ArcadeCircle.com must be installed in only a single domain name . Multiple installations of the same template in different domain names are strictly prohibited unless you buy seperate license for it.

  4. A template after purchased at ArcadeCircle.com cannot be exchanged for an alternative one, even or after we send the files.

  5. Please allow 3-4 hours for verification after purchase of your order. The verification process may be delayed in the event that you fail to produce the necessary information including details about the domain name on which templates are installed.

  6. Templates purchased at ArcadeCircle.com are for the exclusive use of the those who purchase the template. They cannot be resold to any third party under any circumstances.

  7. Before you install the templates files Make sure to read the READ ME file attached with the Template pack. Please ensure backup of relavant files, before over writing any file. Arcadecircle wont be responsible for any loss of data due to template installation. certain functions of our templates require some core code changes to the default arcade script files.

  8. Separate charges are applicable for any request of modification to the templates purchased at ArcadeCircle.com. Please contact us using the inquiry form for a quote for any modification request. Charges vary depending upon the nature of the request. However, we will be able to provide support for resolving any bugs after a thorough review of any such request.

  9. After sales support is limited only for issues/ bugs related to our templates. Our support staff cannot help you with free feature modifications , code modifications etc. All Modifications comes under custom work and you will be charged if required based on the complexity of the modification or feature requested.

  10. By purchasing a template from ArcadeCircle.com you cannot claim exclusive rights or intellectual ownership of the design and ideas used. They shall remain with the creators.

  11. Arcadecircle.com is not responsible for drop in Search Engine rankings , Optimizations done after installing our templates on your site.

  12. All payments are securely processed by world's most trusted payment gateway – Paypal. You payments are completely secure.
