Q: Why are your prices so low?
A: Our templates are priced attractively for you to experience our quality products without having to shell out a lot. Once you buy and use our premium templates, we are sure that you will come back to us. We believe in providing value to our clients without charging exorbitant rates unlike some of our competitors .
Q: How long will it take for me to access the template files after I make payment?
A: If you have provided all the necessary details, orders submitted to us and accepted will be delivered within 3 to 4 working hours subject to necessary verification.
Q: Are the Templates Exclusive for me ?
A: No, they are not. They are multi-user templates.
Q: Can i resell your templates ?
A: No, You cannot resell the template .Template license is exclusive only for the domain it has been purchased for. If you want to install the template on a seperate domain you need to purchase an additional license. Incase you sell your site to some one , you can transfer the full site to the new owner , but you cannot use the template license of the old domain on a new domain. Contact us for more Clarification on this .
Q: When i Proceed to Paypal i see Payment to Bluetrendz Designs Account ?
A: All Payments are processed by our parent company Bluetrendz Designs. So there is nothing to worry on that part.
Q: What’s the quickest way to contact you as well as stay in touch?
A: You can use the support forums or make an inquiry using the contact us section.
Q: I Need a custom design, will you be able to do that?
A: Sure. We will be able to design a fabulous template just for you with all that you need. Use the contact us form to reach us with your requirements and we can work out a deal. Make sure to include as much information as possible.
Q: How do you deliver my final product? / How do you deliver the templates?
A: We will send across a zipped file containing all the required files for installing the template, by e-mail. If due to some reason you are not able to access the attached files, we will upload the file to our server and send you an e-mail with a link to download the zipped file.
Q: Will I Get Updates for free for the Theme files as and when a New version comes out for a Platform ?
A: Templates Sold are for specific Versions of the Platform. No Updates will be provided for free.
Q: Can I get refunds after buy a product?
A: We will not make any refunds once you make the payment and the product is delivered to you. Since there is no guarantee that you would not have modified the files after purchasing it, refunds are strictly prohibited. Please refrain from contacting us for any refund request.
Q: Do you create sites that aren’t Arcade templates?
